Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming — but accessing care shouldn’t be. At Insight Out Therapeutics, we make the process straightforward and supportive so you can focus on healing, growth, and building stronger connections. 

• Reach Out — Contact us through phone or email to schedule a FREE 15 minute initial consultation. We’ll answer your questions and determine the best fit for your needs.
   
• Intake Session — During your first session, we’ll review your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This session also includes discussion of informed consent, confidentiality, and policies so you know exactly what to expect.
   
• Individualized Plan — Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your needs and goals. For court- or probation-referred clients, this may also include compliance reporting and structured accountability measures.
   
• Ongoing Sessions — Regular telehealth sessions are scheduled at times that fit your life, whether early morning, evening, or somewhere in between.
   
• Collaboration — With your permission (or when legally required), we coordinate with families, schools, probation officers, and other supports to ensure comprehensive care.

All services are delivered exclusively through secure telehealth. This means:

• No commuting or waiting rooms — sessions are accessible from your own safe space. 
• Flexible hours — from early morning to late evening, designed to fit school, work, and family schedules. 
• HIPAA-compliant platforms ensure confidentiality and professionalism.

 Parents and caregivers are key partners in the treatment process. We work collaboratively to strengthen communication, repair ruptures, and create supportive environments that encourage success. 

Insight Out Therapeutics is experienced in coordinating with courts, probation, schools, and community agencies. We provide timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance updates as needed, always balancing accountability with clinical care.
