Fees and Insurance

 At Insight Out Therapeutics, we believe high-quality therapy should be accessible and understandable. We are committed to providing clear information about fees, payment, and insurance so that clients and families can focus on healing without unnecessary confusion. 

All services at Insight Out Therapeutics are offered via secure telehealth. Standard session rates are:

• Individual Therapy: $150 per hour 
• Family Therapy: $175 per session (50–75 minutes) 
• Sex Offender Virtual Group Therapy: $50 per group session

Longer sessions, court-required reports, or additional services (letters, documentation, consultations) will involve adjusted fees. All adjustments are discussed in advance.

We recognize that financial circumstances can be a barrier to care. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are reserved for clients with demonstrated financial need. Reduced rates are available within the following ranges:

• Individual Therapy: $110–$150 per hour 
• Family Therapy: $130–$175 per session 
• Sex Offender Virtual Group Therapy: $40–$50 per group session
   

Sliding-scale availability is limited and determined by current openings. Please contact us to discuss whether a reduced-rate spot is available. If no sliding-scale spaces are open, we can provide referrals to community resources or lower-cost providers.

Insight Out Therapeutics is proud to be

If you are covered by these insurers, services will be billed directly through your plan. 

For clients with other insurance providers or those OUTSIDE OF GEORGIA, we will provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your benefits.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made easily through a variety of secure options:

• Venmo 
• CashApp 
• Apple Pay 
• ACH Transfer 
• Zelle 
• PayPal
   

All payments are processed securely through HIPAA-compliant systems to ensure confidentiality and convenience.

 For clients referred through probation, courts, or other agencies, payment arrangements can be coordinated directly with the referring body when applicable.

 We provide treatment progress reports, compliance documentation, and case updates as required. Additional fees for these services are discussed in advance and billed accordingly.
